Further Carry Out Themed Publicity Activities

June 2026 marks the 25th National Work Safety Month. Centering on the core theme of Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Risk Hazard Investigation and Rectification, the company organized the Safety Publicity and Consultation Day on June 16. Through activities including safety knowledge quizzes and safety manual distribution, the company popularizes key knowledge among employees covering electrical safety, fire fighting skills, and hazardous waste management.

Special Training for Work Safety Month

To consolidate the foundation of workplace safety, the company organized a company-wide safety training session in the lecture hall on June 26. Participants watched warning documentaries featuring typical accidents such as electrical hazards and mechanical injuries, followed by case reviews to deepen their awareness of potential risks. Tailored to the company’s operational reality, the training focused on key knowledge including laws and regulations governing work safety, implementation of corporate safety primary responsibilities, and critical safety control measures. This special themed training has significantly raised employees’ overall safety awareness.

Risk Identification Competition

On June 25, the Risk Identification Competition, led by the Production Department, was officially launched in workshops including the Instrument Team and Test Team. Divided into teams of three participants each, all groups conducted time-limited safety hazard inspections in designated areas through on-site random checks, on-the-spot explanations, and immediate scoring. After intense competition, the judging panel announced the list of outstanding teams and individuals on site. All hidden dangers identified during the competition were included in the problem rectification list, with the Administration Department responsible for follow-up supervision and closed-loop management. This activity has not only strengthened the team’s risk identification capability, but also helped build a regular working mechanism of full-staff hazard investigation and risk prevention.

Carry Out Fire Emergency Drills

In accordance with the annual emergency drill plan, the company organized a comprehensive practical emergency drill themed "Proficient in Emergency Response Skills" on June 26. The drill simulated a full-scenario linkage covering electrical fire emergencies, personnel evacuation, and on-site operation of fire-fighting equipment.

Covering all employees and strictly following the principles of closed-loop process, full-process recording and on-site comment and evaluation, the drill verified the scientificity and operability of the company’s emergency plan through practical simulation. The activity ensured that all employees are proficient in key skills including initial fire disposal and emergency evacuation, effectively improving the on-site emergency response capability of every staff member and implementing the core safety requirement of "Everyone Masters Emergency Response".

Through the implementation of the Work Safety Month activities, all employees have further deepened their understanding of the importance of work safety. Their overall safety awareness and professional safety quality have been improved, and the four-dimensional responsibility awareness—responsibility cognition, work devotion, institutional accountability and post liability—has been comprehensively strengthened. The activities have consolidated the company’s stable safety performance and fostered a safe, healthy and stable working environment for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
