“Light Speed Showdown, Compete at Herch” — The 5th Production Skills & Knowledge Competition Came to a Successful End!

To comprehensively improve employees' skill levels, enhance team cohesion and quality awareness, and promote efficient operation and all-round development, the Production Department of Herch Optoelectronic held the 5th Production Skills and Knowledge Competition in August 2025. With the theme of "Light Speed Competition, Compete in Herch", this event lasted for one month, covering two major sections: skill competition and knowledge competition, fully demonstrating the professional demeanor and team spirit of our employees.

Opening of the Competition, Uniting Hearts and Strengths

At the start of the event, a passionate mobilization meeting was held, setting an inspiring tone for the entire competition. Colleagues were full of spirit

and high morale, demonstrating a positive and striving attitude.

Skill Competition: Demonstrating Professionalism, Showing Demeanor

A total of 15 events were arranged in this skill competition, covering various product types, to comprehensively evaluate the practical operation

capabilities of employees. After fierce competition, 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 4 third prizes were awarded in the skill competition.

Knowledge Competition: Clash of Wisdom, Unleashing Potential

The knowledge competition consisted of two stages: a written preliminary round and an on-site final round. The final featured the top 6 contestants

from each group and a specially invited team from the Quality Department. It included three rounds of questions—required, quick-response, and risk

questions—along with interactive sessions for the audience, creating a lively atmosphere. In the end, one team each was awarded the first, second,

and third prizes.

Moment of Glory: Recognizing Excellence, Setting Examples

To encourage outstanding employees and set role models, the competition presented the following awards: - Skill Competition: 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 4 third prizes - Knowledge Competition: 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize for teams, plus several participation awards

Although the competition has come to an end, safety and quality will always remain in our hearts. It is hoped that every colleague will bring the focus,

precision, efficiency and teamwork spirit shown in the competition back to the production line and integrate them into daily work, so that "knowing

standards, abiding by regulations and working efficiently" becomes a conscious action.
