"Everyone Values Quality, Everyone Creates Quality" The 7th Quality Month of Herch Opto Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Successfully Concludes

To enhance employees' quality awareness, expand their knowledge of quality management, introduce them to quality management tools and skills, 

and promote a culture that values quality, Herch Opto Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. held a "Everyone Values Quality, 

Everyone Creates Quality" Quality Month event in July. The event activities were as follows:

Cool Summer, Xiaoqi Has Gifts Quiz

This quiz, accessible via QR code scan, was held from July 1st to July 4th. Participants answered questions by scanning a QR code with their mobile 

phones. After submitting their answers, they could review explanations for any mistakes, making the learning process more targeted. This 

convenient and efficient format  fostered a positive atmosphere of learning and healthy competition ("catching up and surpassing"), effectively 

motivating everyone's enthusiasm for learning. As the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm. Congratulations to Colleague Li from the 

Process Engineering Department for winning the quality mascot – our very own "Xiaoqi" – in this competition!

Quality Story Sharing: Walking in Threes, I Find a Teacher Among You

In the "Shu'er" chapter of The Analects of Confucius, it is said: "Walking in threes, I find a teacher among you. I choose that which is good in them 

and follow it, and that which is not good and change it." From July 7th to July 11th, a total of 14 submissions were received for the "Walking in Threes, 

I Find a Teacher Among You" quality story sharing session. These contributions came from multiple departments including R&D, Quality, Production, 

Planning, Procurement, IT, Commerce, and General Affairs. After three days of voting, five colleagues' works were honored with the Excellent 

Work award, and they each received the quality mascot – our very own "Xiaoqi."

Theme Debate Competition: "Exploring Quality with Principle, Debating Approaches to Excellence"

From July 11th to July 31st, the "Exploring Quality with Principle, Debating Approaches to Excellence" themed debate competition was held in 

the 4F Lecture Hall of Herch Opto Electronic Technology 

Co., Ltd. The event began with an enthusiastic opening speech delivered by the Chairman. The debate competition consisted of three rounds: 

the preliminaries, the semifinals, and the finals. A total of eight teams participated, including both fresh new talents who had just joined the company 

and seasoned veterans who have been deeply involved for many years. The scene was filled with lively debates and spirited exchanges, making 

it an extraordinarily exciting event.

After several intense rounds of competition, the Opto-Electronic Mouthpiece Team fought their way through every challenge, writing a legend 

with their strength and making their arguments resonate powerfully. With agile responses, they deconstructed problems with reason and ignited the 

arena with passion, ultimately claiming the championship crown.  

Colleague Yao secured the title of Best Debater with their clear logic, sharp rhetoric, calm composure in the face of doubt, and effortless handling

 of every challenge.

The significance of the quality debate competition has never been solely about the final ranking, but rather lies in the improvement of

quality awareness gained throughout the debating process. During the closing ceremony, company leaders gave positive affirmations to 

all participating teams and expressed their expectations for future quality endeavors.

Through this Quality Month event, the quality awareness of all company employees has been further enhanced. We believe that in their 

future work, all Herch members will continue to uphold the quality philosophy of "Quality Leads to Foresight, Excellence

 Pursued in Every Detail," providing customers with even better products and services.
