June 2025 marks the 24th National Safety Production Month. Taking this opportunity, Herch Opto Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is deeply implementing the philosophy of "people-oriented, safety-first development" and elevating safety production to a more prominent strategic position. By strengthening the sense of responsibility among all employees, the company is further solidifying its safety production responsibility system, significantly enhancing employees' safety awareness, and achieving continuous improvement in the company's overall safety management effectiveness.

Strengthen Publicity and Guidance to Foster a Strong Safety Culture

The company carried out in-depth safety production awareness campaigns under the theme "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identify Hidden Dangers Around You." Through systematic promotion of safety production laws and regulations, dissemination of safety knowledge and skills, and analysis of typical accident cases, the company comprehensively enhanced employees' safety competence, fostering a positive atmosphere of全员 participation and joint efforts to build a strong safety defense line.

Employees were actively encouraged to participate in the "Hidden Dangers at Your Fingertips" campaign, which covered various aspects including equipment and facilities, working environments, and fire safety. Through rigorous selection, the top five most representative entries were chosen and awarded as the "Top 5 of This Edition," effectively motivating all employees to take the initiative in safety management.

Deepen Safety Training to Enhance Safety Awareness and Skills for All Employees

On June 26th, a company-wide safety training session was held in the 4F Lecture Hall under the theme "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identify Hidden Dangers Around You." The training content was closely tailored to the company's actual situation, focusing on key areas such as safety-related laws and regulations, the implementation of primary safety responsibilities, and how to conduct hazard identification. All employees of the company actively participated. Through this training, employees' safety awareness was significantly enhanced, and their safety knowledge was effectively improved.

Conduct Fire Emergency Training (Drill) to Enhance Emergency Response Capabilities

In accordance with the annual safety work plan and activity program, the company collaborated with the property management company to 

an emergency plan drill on June 10th. Through meticulous planning and thorough preparation, the drill was carried out smoothly. The drill scenario was 

designed to closely simulate real-life conditions, focusing on testing the feasibility of the emergency plan and employees' initial emergency response 

capabilities, including报警, evacuation, initial firefighting, and personnel muster. This effectively enhanced employees' emergency reaction speed 

and collaborative handling abilities.

The 2025 "Safety Production Month" activities were successfully completed, achieving all set objectives, thanks to the high priority given by company 

leadership and the active participation of employees. The company will take this event as a new starting point to continuously strengthen safety management,
