The First Family Open Day of Herch Opto Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. has come to a successful conclusion！

The warm winter sun fills hearts with happiness. To enhance communication between the company, employees and their families, and allow families to experience the company's culture and development up close, Herch Opto Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. held its first Family Open Day on December 22nd. With the theme "Small Families Integrate into the Big Family, United in Heart and Journey", we jointly build a warm "Herch Home".

More than ten employee families were specially invited to gather together and share warm moments during this Family Open Day. The event mainly consisted of four sessions: a visit session, an experience session, a handcraft session, and a parent-child sports meeting. Participants immersive themselves in the company's work and cultural atmosphere, building a bridge of communication between the "big family" (the company) and "small families" (employees' families).

First of all, the families were guided to visit the company's exhibition hall and production workshops, take group photos at check-in points, and experience operational processes. This opened a journey of scientific experiments for the children, and the on-site hands-on practice further sparked their interest in learning scientific and cultural knowledge.

Secondly, handcraft DIY activities and fun parent-child sports games were held in family units. Employees and their children joined in together—table tennis, billiards, fruit squat... Both "big friends" (adults) and "little friends" (kids) competed joyfully, experiencing the harmonious and progressive "family atmosphere" amid laughter and cheers.

At the end of the event, exquisite gifts were presented to each attending family as a sincere token of gratitude and best wishes.
